Q: How do I browse and purchase items in your store?  

A: Jaderloon offers simple navigation so that you can easily find what you're looking for. Below are general instructions on navigating our store:

  • To enter our store, please click the "Store" button at the top left of your screen.

  • Click on a category of items in the menu bar to your left or click a picture link on the right.

  • Browse the thumbnail and short description of the items displayed. 

  • Click on a product picture or name for more information. You'll receive a full description (if applicable) and larger picture. 

  • Click the "Add One To Basket" button to add the selected product to your shopping cart and continue shopping. 

  • Click the "Buy One Now" button to quickly add the product and jump right to the checkout form. 

  • Jump back to the first step to continue shopping, or proceed to the checkout by clicking the checkout link in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. 

    At any time you can:

  • Jump back to the store front (where you'll see these instructions again) by pressing the "STORE" graphic button. 

  • See an entire list of the products we offer by pressing the "LIST ALL ITEMS" graphic button. 

  • Search for products using keywords by pressing the "SEARCH" graphic button. 

  • View the current contents of your shopping basket by pressing the "VIEW BASKET" graphic button. 

  • Quit shopping and check out by pressing the "CHECK OUT" graphic button. 

  • Jump back to our Home Page by clicking on the Jaderloon logo in the top left. 

  • Receive more information about Jaderloon by clicking any of the links in the top navigation bar.



Q: How do I remove items from my shopping basket?
 

A: Click on the basket contents button on the top navigation bar, and then click check the box beside the item(s) you wish to remove.


Q: How do I checkout?

A: Click on the checkout button in the top right hand corner of your browser window.  You will be taken to the checkout screen, which will allow you to complete your purchase. Please contact us at 1-800-258-7171 if you have any questions or problems completing the checkout process, and we'll assist you. 


Q: Why should I create an account?

A: Creating an account is optional.  The benefit is that your billing and shipping information is saved so that you do not have to re-enter it the next time you shop.  Payment information is not saved for security reasons.


Q: How do I create an account?

A: Click on the new accounts link at the top right hand corner of your browser, just under the checkout button.  You will be taken to the new accounts screen.


Q: How can I change my account information?

A: First, you must login, by clicking on the login link at the top right hand corner of your browser, just under the checkout button.  After you login, a new link, "edit my account," will appear.  Clicking on the "edit my account" link will take you to the screen to edit your account information.  You can also change your account information when you checkout.  Simply change any desired fields, and select "update my customer record with this order."


Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: We accept checks, American Express VISA or MasterCard. Credit card orders shipped to other than billing address may require additional verification. Purchase orders are accepted for corporate, educational, and government orders - call our sales department at (800) 258-7171 for more details. Also we do accept C.O.D. orders from customers directly by telephone.

Q: Can I open a credit line with Jaderloon?

If you would like to establish an open account with us, write or call us at 1-800-258-7171 for a credit application.


Q: Do you have a minimum order requirement?

Due to order processing costs, please be sure your order meets our $25. minimum. All orders under $25. will incur a $5. handling charge.


Q: Are prices subject to change?

Every effort is made to hold prices between catalog editions. Price changes can occur due to cost increases beyond our control. Prices on this web site are current and may change at any time. 


Q: What shipping options do you offer?

A: Jaderloon ships via UPS and freight carrier, depending on the size, destination and weight of the product(s) ordered. Some larger products require freight carrier, whereas others can be shipped via UPS Next Day, Second Day, Three Day or Ground. 

Items over 150 pounds are shipped via freight carrier and are noted in the product descriptions in our store. In order for us to provide you with the lowest possible shipping rates, Jaderloon utilizes over a half a dozen heavy freight carriers. We will process your order and select the best possible shipping rate for your item(s). A representative will contact within 48 hours of receipt of your order with shipping costs and a delivery date for your approval before your credit card is charged.

All items are carefully packaged to protect your investment.  


Q: How long does it take for items to be shipped?

A:
Items under 150 pounds can be shipped UPS Next Day, Second Day, Three Day or Ground. When you checkout, you will be prompted to select one of the above options, which are listed with their prices. 

Freight item delivery depends on the size, destination and weight of the item and vary from carrier to carrier. A destination date and total freight charges will be submitted for your approval prior to your credit card being charged.

Mixed orders with both freight and smaller items are shipped as expeditiously as possible. These orders may be shipped separately so that you receive the fastest delivery at the best price. You will be contacted with this information for your approval before your credit card is charged.

If any delays in delivery occur, Jaderloon cannot be responsible for any delay, loss or damage caused by our suppliers or conditions beyond our control.

Jaderloon relinquishes all responsibility for merchandise once the carrier has accepted the shipment.

Some items may not be immediately available for shipment. In the event your item is not immediately ready for shipment, you will be contacted and given the expected shipping date. 


Q: What is your return policy?

Jaderloon offers a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on all products sold. Items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to certain Jaderloon restrictions. For more information or to request a return, please click here or call our customer service department.

Q: What if my purchase is damaged in shipping?

A: Jaderloon takes every measure possible to ensure your purchase arrives in perfect condition. Any claim settlements would be between you and the delivering carrier.

Please inspect your merchandise carefully when you receive it. Any noticeable damage or shortage of count must be marked on the shipping papers upon delivery. Concealed or hidden damage must be reported to the shipping company within 15 days of delivery.
