We accept checks, American Express VISA or MasterCard. Credit card
orders shipped to other than billing address may require additional
verification. Purchase orders are accepted for corporate, educational,
and government orders - call our sales department at (800) 258-7171
for more details. Also we do accept C.O.D. orders from end users
directly by telephone.
ii. Prices and
Availability
Because of the fast-moving nature of our products, prices and
availability are subject to change without notice. If a product is not
in stock when you order, we will do our best to let you know when we
anticipate the product will be available. Anticipated delivery dates
are dependent upon factors and are subject to change.
Every effort is made to hold prices between catalog editions. Price
changes can occur due to cost increases beyond our control. Prices
on this web site are current and may change at any time.
iii. Shipping and Delivery
We will ship your order the
most efficient and economical way possible.
If any delays in delivery
occur, Jaderloon Co., Inc. cannot be responsible for any
delay, loss or damage caused by our suppliers or conditions
beyond our control. Jaderloon Co., Inc. relinquishes all
responsibility for merchandise once the carrier has accepted
the shipment. Any claim settlements would be between you and
the delivery carrier.
You are responsible for
receiving and unloading the shipments. Please inspect your
merchandise carefully upon receipt. Mark any noticeable
damage or shortages on the freight bill upon delivery.
Freight claims cannot be filed unless the bill or lading is
marked with damages or shortages. You are responsible for
filling freight claims and you will be billed for
replacement materials. It is the freight company's
obligation to reimburse you for damages or mission items on
your claim. Concealed or hidden damages must be reported to
the shipping company within 5 days of delivery.
iv. Return Policy
Jaderloon offers a 30 day Money Back Guarantee
on all products
sold. Items
may be returned for refund or replacement subject to certain Jaderloon
restrictions. All
return items must have a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number
issued by Jaderloon Company. Please
contact our Customer Service Representative at 800-258-7171 for RMA
request. The RMA is valid
for 10 days from the date of issuance.
Defective items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the
following restrictions:
All products returned for credit must be returned in
original condition including packaging, documentation, manuals,
registration cards and accessories.

Manufacturing defective items are returnable for exchange only.
·
Shipping charges are not refundable.
·
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
·
Any returns found to be non-defective are subject
to a restocking fee of at least 15%.
v. RMA Shipping Information
The RMA number must be prominently
displayed ON THE SHIPPING LABEL ONLY. Products should be returned to
Jaderloon freight pre-paid. If the product is returned for credit, it
must be returned in the original boxes and packing materials with
sales invoice. Shipments not meeting all the above conditions are
subject to refusal and/or the imposition of handling charges by
Jaderloon . (International customer will be responsible for
round-trip freight for RMA.)
Jaderloon
will return repaired or replacement items to the purchaser at
Jaderloon ’s cost, provided that the products were originally
purchased from Jaderloon, products are still under warranty, and
products are confirmed to be defective.

Warranty Policy
This
limited warranty is extended only to purchaser whose name is shown on
the invoice. Subject to the following conditions, should a product
proved to be defective by reason of improper workmanship or material
under normal use and service conditions within twelve (12) months from
Jaderloon ’s sales invoice date, Jaderloon will repair or, at its
sole option, replace the product without charge for parts or labor.
This limited warranty does not cover accessories and not cover broken
or marred items or improper installation, misuse, lightening, fire,
water, or other acts of nature; or if the product is altered or
repaired by anyone other than Jaderloon or a Jaderloon authorized
warranty station; or if the serial number is removed or tampered by
anyone other than Jaderloon. Sale of discounted merchandise are final
and Jaderloon will not provide refund or exchange.
Please check the contents of all
packages received with the items on the invoice to ensure the shipment
is complete. If the package is not complete, please contact us
immediately. Jaderloon is not responsible for the missing
parts/accessories if they are not claimed within 90 days of the
purchase.
All repaired/replaced items have a
three-month warranty starting from the date when the repaired/replaced
items are shipped out from Jaderloon .
SHOULD
JADERLOON ’S PRODUCTS PROVE DEFECTIVE, PURCHASER’S SOLE REMEDY
SHALL BE SUCH REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. IN NO EVENT
SHALL JADERLOON BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, REVENUES, OR
ANTICIPATORY PROFIT , OR FOR ANY JADERLOON INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SALE, USE, OPERATION, OR
CONNECTED WITH THE SALE, USE, OPERATION, OR INABILITY TO USE OF
PRODUCTS SOLD.
EXCEPT
AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS PARAGRAPH, JADERLOON MAKES NO
REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH
RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCTS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL SUCH
WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
Some states do not allow
limitations that relate to implied warranties and/or the exclusion of
incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, these limitations and
exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific
legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to
state.
vii. CONSUMERS
RESPONSIBILITIES
If warranty service should be
required, it is necessary that the consumers assume certain
responsibilities:
1.
Contact
the Customer Service Department of the reseller selling the product,
or any retail outlet authorized by Jaderloon to sell the product for
assistance. You may also contact Jaderloon directly at the address
provided.
2.
When
requesting service and/or parts under warranty, please deliver the
unit to the retailer selling the product, an authorized service
center, or Jaderloon with a statement of the problem. Please also
provide proof of purchase with purchasing date.
3.
Shipping
and/or insurance costs are the consumer’s responsibility. Units
shipped for service should be packed securely. For international
customers, including Canada, please note that all other charges in
addition to Shipping and insurance, such as brokerage (custom) fees
are also consumer's responsibility.
IMPORTANT:
DO NOT ship any items without prior authorization from Jaderloon .
4.
Your owner’s manual contains important safety and operating
instructions. It is your responsibility to be aware of the contents of
the manual and to follow all safety precautions.
viii. EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not apply to
units whose trade name, trademark, and/or ID numbers have been
altered, defaced, exchanged removed, or to failures and/or damages
that may occur as a result of:
1.
Neglect,
abuse, abnormal strain, modification or exposure to extremes in
temperature or humidity.
2.
Improper
repair or maintenance by any person who is not a service
representative of a retail outlet authorized by Jaderloon to sell the
product, an authorized service center, or an authorized service
representative of Jaderloon .
3.
This
warranty is applicable only to units sold by retailers authorized by
Jaderloon to sell these products in the U.S.A., the District of
Columbia, Puerto Rico and Canada. This warranty is not applicable in
other possessions or territories of the U.S.A. or in any other
country. Please be aware that should you decide to have this product
repaired outside of the United States, repair service might be
limited, repair time may be lengthy (due to intercontinental parts
supply) and repair cost will need to be paid by you when service is
received.

Photographic and Technical Errors
We
do our best to be accurate but occasionally mistakes do occur. We are
not responsible for any typographical, photographic or technical
errors found on this website or any of our other public documentation.
We will try to advise you of any such errors affecting you via email
confirmation when you place your order.
